To really burn out the biceps you should try doing some drop sets of either of these exercises at the ends of your biceps muscle building workouts.
To get the most out of your biceps bodybuilding workouts you should regularly change the amount of reps you do per set so your muscles don't get used to always doing the same thing. You can do sets of varying rep ranges during each workout or you can follow a light, medium, and heavy routine that has you doing high reps during one workout, medium reps during the next, and low reps during the last.
